At Super Arbor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture purchases. If an item isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Super Arbor account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
